If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We will not offer an exchange or refund if you simply change your mind.
When we do exchanges, they are handled on a case-by-case basis and you must contact us within 2 days upon receiving your order.
This means within 2 days of your item being delivered, you must e-mail or call us to let us know if there are any issues with your purchased product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If a bought garment needs to be returned you will be responsible for the posting and shipping fee. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Delivery tracking must accompany all returns.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Using Store Credit
Once your returned garment has been received by us, we will then issue you with store credit to be used within 6 months of issue for your next order.
Final Sale Items
All items on SALE/CLEARANCE and purchased during a SALE promotion are considered FINAL SALES and cannot be returned for store credit, refund, or exchange.
